Job title: Service Manager (fluids/Lubricants)
Location: Detroit, MI (Onsite)
Duration: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a Field Service team supporting lubrication dispensing systems across automotive, industrial, and quick lube environments.
Key Requirements:
✔ 5+ years of Service Management experience
✔ 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience
✔ Strong mechanical/technical aptitude
✔ Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment or fluid handling systems
✔ Customer-focused with strong communication skills
✔ Budget, KPI, and team management experience
Preferred:
• Lubrication systems or fluid handling equipment experience
• Automotive, industrial, or quick lube industry background
• Experience leading field service technicians
Relocation: Allowed
