Clinical Program Manager, ECM Care Coordination
Wayfinder Family Services
Wayfinder Family Services is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to oversee quality services for high-need Medi-Cal clients. This role includes managing ECM services, ensuring compliance with contracts, and conducting performance reviews of staff. The ideal candidate will hold a master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field, and be licensed as an LCSW or LMFT in California. Bilingual capacity is preferred.
