LPN Rehab Nurse

Bethesda Health seeks a compassionate LPN Rehab Nurse to provide hands-on care to seniors in our skilled rehab community. In this full-time, day-shift role, you’ll administer medications and treatments, monitor conditions, support rehab goals, and document care in the EHR. You’ll collaborate with therapists, RNs, physicians, and families to advance person-centered care plans that promote safe recovery, mobility, and independence. As part of our faith-based, mission-driven team, you’ll model dignity, compassion, and respect while helping residents achieve meaningful outcomes and quality of life.
