Construction Superintendent – Avon, CO Oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring efficient execution, safety, and quality standards, while managing crews and coordinating with stakeholders. Project Management & Supervision Oversee 1‑3 simultaneous projects, keeping schedules and budgets on track. Manage and coordinate 4‑5 crews, optimizing workforce distribution and productivity. Conduct daily site inspections for compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Monitor progress, identify challenges early, and implement corrective actions. Interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to guide field crews. Team Leadership & Training Provide training and mentorship, especially in irrigation and landscape installation/maintenance. Lead morning preparation routines, assign crews, conduct toolbox talks, and promote safety culture. Ensure proper use of PPE by all team members. Model professionalism, work ethic, and adherence to company policies and safety standards. Safety & Compliance Implement and enforce OSHA and company safety protocols to minimize risks. Identify potential hazards and take corrective action. Maintain required safety documentation, accident reports, and compliance records. Operational Coordination & Reporting Communicate project progress and address concerns with managers, clients, and stakeholders. Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and subcontractor schedules to maintain workflow. Track and report crew hours, project updates, and issues. Ensure proper maintenance and operation of company tools, vehicles, and equipment. Quality Control & Client Relations Conduct final walkthroughs and punch‑list inspections to confirm quality standards before hand‑over. Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with completed work. Represent the company professionally in all client, vendor, and team interactions.
