Summary As a Training Leader (TL) and Floor Leader, your key role is to help us achieve our mission: "To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests." This position involves a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks as assigned by store management. You will collaborate closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide effective leadership. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This position requires you to successfully execute various essential duties. Sales Generation and Guest Service Welcome Guests with a friendly attitude, always ready to deliver exceptional service. Provide answers to questions about the store and its items. Assist Guests in selecting and locating merchandise based on their preferences. Anticipate and fulfill Guests' needs by suggesting complementary items. Use product knowledge to demonstrate items and share sales insights with the team. Stay informed about current promotions and policies on payments and exchanges. Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store. Foster strong relationships with Guests to enhance client engagement. Lead by example, showcasing high showmanship and customer service. Encourage a collaborative atmosphere by sharing sales tips and knowledge. Teammate Recruiting, Training and Development Identify recruitment opportunities and assist in the onboarding of new Teammates. Motivate and educate to ensure all Teammates meet performance standards. Maintain a positive attitude to encourage a supportive workplace culture. Model professional attire and encourage the latest fashion trends among the team. Engage in daily training and performance evaluations effectively. Visual Merchandise Management Manage product presentation and maintain visual standards. Assign tasks to Teammates while providing clear learning objectives. Ensure all merchandise is displayed effectively and consistently. Operations Flexibility to work varied schedules that may include weekends and holidays. Implement opening and closing procedures to maintain store operations. Adhere to all Loss Prevention guidelines and ensure a secure shopping environment. Communicate effectively with management regarding store operations. Supervisory and Leadership Provide constructive feedback to peers and management. Contribute positively to store growth and team spirit.
