1:1 Certified Speech-Language Pathologist in Hope Mills, NC

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a current SLP license or certification
• Experience within school settings (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
• Proficiency in delivering individualized and group speech therapy services
• Skilled at supporting students 1:1 with varying communication needs and learning profiles
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities with staff, students, and families
• Well-versed in maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations for school-based services

Responsibilities:

• Assess students and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to their communication goals
• Provide direct speech therapy services, both individually and in groups
• Track and document students' progress, adjusting approaches as needed
• Participate in team meetings, staff collaboration, and family consultations
• Advocate for students' needs and help integrate therapy recommendations into classroom routines
• Maintain up-to-date records and support students' academic and social growth
