Banquet Server

Provides excellent food and beverage service to patrons and guests during special events and functions. Ensures a positive dining experience by delivering timely and courteous service, adhering to event specifications, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure their dining needs are met throughout the event.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy with orders and accommodating any special dietary requests.
• Clear tables and clean up after events, including removing dishes, glassware, and other service items.
• Monitor guests’ needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Handle any additional tasks as directed by the Banquet Manager, Banquet Captain, or Event Coordinator.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedules.

• Associates in this role may also have the opportunity to serve in one of our many restaurants as well.

Compensation: $23 per hour
