Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license valid in the state of Texas.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows considered.
• Experience in a school setting preferred, though strong clinical skills from other settings are also valued.
• Comfort with IEP documentation, progress tracking, and collaborating with teachers, families, and support personnel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students ranging from early childhood to high school.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with educators, psychologists, and families to support student success and ensure compliance with service plans.
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide input for educational planning, and offer ongoing consultation to staff and families.
• Utilize diverse tools and technologies, including teletherapy as needed, to reach students effectively.
