Retirement Administration Contact Center Representative

This role supports a retirement administration contact center handling inbound calls from participants regarding pension elections, benefits changes, and general retirement plan questions. Representatives will guide callers through important financial decisions, provide clear and accurate information, and document each interaction thoroughly while maintaining high standards of professionalism and schedule adherence.

This is a non‐licensed call center role ideal for early‐career candidates with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast‐paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high‐volume inbound calls related to pension plan elections, benefit changes, and retirement‐related inquiries.
• Navigate multiple screens and internal knowledge bases to research and communicate accurate information.
• Document call notes clearly and accurately after every interaction.
• Adhere to established schedule expectations including breaks and shift structure.
• Escalate complex or non‐routine cases when necessary.
• Maintain a quiet, distraction‐free remote workspace and follow all remote work compliance requirements.
• Participate fully in required training and nesting periods; no planned time off is permitted during this time Q4 2025.

Required Qualifications

• 0–1 year of customer service experience; call center or office environment experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency, including navigation between multiple systems and typing notes.
• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps, with a hardwired ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi permitted).
• Ability to maintain professionalism, focus, and service quality in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pension or retirement plans.
• Prior call center experience.
• Strong verbal communication and customer‐focused approach.
