Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' presenting issues, backgrounds, and specific therapeutic goals, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each case. Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of clients, continuously adjusting interventions as required based on clients' progress. Engage collaboratively with clients throughout their therapeutic journey, actively monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies to enhance outcomes. Ensure strict adherence to ethical guidelines, maintaining confidentiality while also complying with legal requirements governing clinical practice. Commit to ongoing professional development by actively participating in trainings, workshops, and obtaining relevant certifications to stay abreast of best practices in the field. Build and nurture a strong therapeutic alliance with clients, fostering trust and encouraging open communication to promote healing and growth. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required for this position. An active LCSW license in Arizona is mandatory for eligibility. A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably within a private practice environment, demonstrating a track record of effective patient care. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and expertise.
