Your responsibilities include: Providing hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Supporting residents with mobility, personal care, dressing, and bathing Building meaningful relationships while encouraging independence Monitoring residents and communicating changes to the nursing team Assisting with meals, hydration, and daily routines Creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel at home Working collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care What We're Looking For Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification A compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or home health is welcomed - but we're happy to meet newly certified CNAs as well A genuine passion for serving older adults Why Arbor At Arbor, you're more than your job title.
