Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide counseling, psychotherapy, and therapeutic interventions to clients within a hospice context, focusing on emotional resilience and coping strategies.

• Develop individualized treatment and discharge plans based on comprehensive assessments, case history, and client interviews.

• Gather and evaluate patient data using observational techniques and clinical interviews to understand individual needs and guide treatment directions.

• Manage a diverse caseload that may involve one-on-one therapy sessions as well as collateral therapy with family members and caretakers.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, including assessments, care plans, progress notes, and other required documentation in accordance with clinical standards.
