Accounts Receivable Analyst II

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client on the North Shore looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity offering a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and is paying $60-$70K + bonus depending on experience. The responsibilities for this role will include Manage AR transactions, customer billing, cash applications, and collections Maintain AR aging and resolve customer payment discrepancies Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close Assist with credit reviews, reporting, and audit requests The Experience Required For This Role 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, and/or Collections experience Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems NetSuite experience is a strong plus Compensation: $60-$70K + Bonus
