JOB TYPE – Salary Exempt SHIFTS – Monday - Friday 8-5 PAY - Between $68276 - $94,000 (based on experience) The anticipated posting closing date is on or around 8/7/2026 What you'll be doing day to day As an Information & Communication Specialist, responsible for developing strategic communication plans to ensure operational success within the Distribution / Customer Fulfillment Center, you will: Lead strategic communication initiatives within the unit in alignment with matrix partners. Promote communications best practices, securing resources for the unit strategic communications plan. Find new, innovative communication solutions that deliver business results and reach strategic objectives. Actively push for improvement of content creation, driving effectiveness and efficiency in communication fit. Support the unit leadership team with identifying opportunities to apply or enhance communications resources. Maintain communication resources applicable to the People objectives and requirements. Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers. Understanding of communication trends and the ability to turn them into effective communication.
