Auto Care Center Team Lead

The ACC Team Lead:

• Provides assistance to customers in the TLE service area by assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving customer issues and concerns, and promoting products and services.
• Monitors for environmental, disposal, and OSHA compliance.
• Receives and stocks merchandise/supplies.
• Completes and retains required paperwork, logs, and other documentation.
• Reviews and reacts to daily/weekly reports.
• Supervises associates in the service area by assigning duties, communicating goals, providing feedback and follow-up, monitoring performance, teaching and supporting company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance, and participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, job shadowing, technician certification and evaluation of associates.
• Maintains the Tire Lube Express (TLE) service area in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly maintaining equipment per company guidelines, handling customer and merchandise claims and returns, zoning the area, ordering, arranging and organizing merchandise supplies, identifying shrink and damages, and ensuring a safe work environment.

This is a co-Team Lead position; responsibility is shared with another Team Lead. Supervision area includes service bay, automotive salesfloor, and hardware salesfloor.

An associate in this position may be required to assist in other areas of the store as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
