Job Summary and Qualifications Performs those duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology. Regulates the equipment used to expose the x-ray image, knows how to operate the CR unit and sends the image to PACS for verification. Assists in the daily operation of the Radiology Department. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees. What qualifications you will need: Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Associate Degree High School Graduate / GED Vocational School Graduate (ARRT-R) Radiography, or (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or (CRT-State) Certified Respiratory Therapist, or (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner, or Paramedic, or (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist, or (LPN/LVN) Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse, or (RDCS) Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer must be obtained within 2 years of employment start date Benefits HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
