Assembly Supervisor

Production SupervisorThe Production Supervisor is a people-focused leadership role within the Supply Chain Operations organization, based in Monroe, CT. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, ensuring safe and efficient workflows, and leading a team of Production Technicians in support of hardware production, warranty, and replacement activities. The Production Supervisor manages production flow, monitors performance against quotas and SLAs, and ensures processes are executed consistently and safely. This role serves as the primary point of leadership for the production team, addressing personnel issues, coaching employees, and fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment. The Production Supervisor works closely with Supply Chain leadership and cross-functional partners to identify process improvements, test and implement operational changes, and communicate departmental updates.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend daily leadership meetings and provide clear updates on departmental performance, risks, and prioritiesLead weekly standup meetings for the facility and participate in setting meeting agendasHold regular 1:1 touchpoint meetings with direct reportsInitiate and foster a spirit of cooperation and collaboration within the production team and across departmentsSafety & ComplianceMaintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by educating and directing personnel on proper use of equipment, resources, and control pointsEnsure compliance with established safety policies, procedures, and operational standardsOperations & PerformanceMonitor production workflows by tracking each step of the process; identify opportunities for improvement and lead testing and implementation of new processesMonitor and track employee quotas and productivity metrics; maintain workforce statistics and reportingEnsure production goals, SLAs, and quality expectations are consistently metPeople ManagementResolve personnel issues by analyzing data, investigating concerns, identifying solutions, and recommending or taking appropriate actionSupport staffing, training, and performance management activities in partnership with leadership and HRRequired QualificationsDemonstrated experience leading teams in a production, manufacturing, or supply chain environmentExperience applying supply chain or operational improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and qualityStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources and make sound decisions in time-sensitive environmentsProven ability to manage workflows, priorities, and performance in a fast-paced operationStrong communication skills with the ability to lead, coach, and influence teamsAbility to enforce safety standards, policies, and procedures consistentlyPreferred QualificationsPrior supervisory or people management experience in hardware production, manufacturing, or logisticsExperience managing productivity metrics, quotas, or workforce reportingFamiliarity with continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)Experience working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, or supply chain teamsKey CompetenciesOperational execution & ownershipLeadership & team developmentContinuous improvement mindsetData-driven decision makingCross-functional collaborationSafety awareness & complianceAdditional informationKaseya provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, age, ancestry, gender, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
