Roles And Responsibilities (Including But Not Limited To) Monitoring and addressing supplier issues to maintain program schedule Managing on time req release, PO placements, and PO delivery dates to maintain program schedule Analyzing lead times and identifying critical path procurements Interfacing/collaborating with other functions of the program team including but not limited to contracts, finance, engineering, operations, quality, scheduling, etc. Supporting the CAM with program GSC financial activities Maintaining a strong business acumen and ability to operate in a fast-paced production environment Basic Qualifications For Supply Chain Planning Specialist Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management U.S. Citizenship Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications Supply Chain Planning Specialist Professional experience in a regulated industry to include Aerospace & Defense or Financial Services SAP experience Experience with MRP/ERP systems, financial systems, FAR, DFAR and ITAR Experience with CAM or Earned Value Management principles Experience with multiple contracting formats, including Firm Fixed Price and/or Cost Reimbursable Experience with terms and conditions, and/or special contract clauses/types such as: long term agreements and intellectual property agreements Negotiation experience Active Secret Security Clearance Primary Level Salary Range: $72,400.00 - $108,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
