Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager Trainee based in Pompano Beach, FL. The Manager Trainee participates in a structured development program designed to prepare high-potential employees for future management roles within the organization. Through hands‑on training, mentorship, and cross‑functional exposure, the Manager Trainee develops leadership, operational, customer service, financial, and people management skills necessary to successfully lead a team, department, or branch. Key Responsibilities: Learn company operations, policies, procedures, and organizational objectives. Complete assigned training modules and development activities. Rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of business functions. Assist managers with daily operations, workforce planning, and performance management. Participate in employee coaching, training, and engagement initiatives. Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement. Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting activities. Support customer service initiatives and help resolve customer concerns. Develop leadership skills through project management and special assignments. Analyze business metrics and prepare reports for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations. Demonstrate professionalism and serve as a role model for company values and culture. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications: 1–3 years of operations, customer service, or related business experience preferred Must reside in or near the Pompano Beach, Florida area Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills Strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP, CRM, or business management systems is a plus Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative Knowledge of the elevator, escalator, construction, manufacturing, or service industry (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
