This person will oversee the Accounts Payable function, manage a team, and help improve the efficiency and accuracy of the department.*Must have experience managing others as well as high volume invoice processing experienceResponsibilitiesManage and support the Accounts Payable teamAssign workloads, establish priorities, and ensure deadlines are metOversee the daily AP process and help resolve escalated issuesReview month-end AP activity and support accurate closeWork with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and payment questionsAssist with vendor onboarding and account maintenanceIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencyDevelop and maintain AP procedures and documentationMonitor the accuracy and timeliness of AP activityPartner with other departments on accounting and payment-related mattersQualifications5+ years of accounting or finance experience with a strong background in Accounts PayablePrevious experience managing or supervising AP employeesExperience working in a high-volume AP environmentStrong understanding of AP processes and month-end activities xhyhwjd Experience with reconciliations, accruals, and invoice/payment issuesDemonstrated experience improving AP processes or workflowsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesStrong Microsoft Excel and Office skillsExperience with an ERP system; SAP is a plusBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
