Physical Therapist - Outpatient Ortho
Location: Walla Walla, WA
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift, 8x.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will have relevant outpatient experience and be committed to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' conditions and needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility and recovery.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
- Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
- Manage caseload of 12-14 patients daily with expected double-booking of follow-up visits.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates not accepted.
- Willingness to accept first-time travelers.
