We are looking for a Family Law Attorney to join a respected legal practice in Spring, Texas. This role is well suited for an attorney in the early stages of practice who wants hands-on client exposure, guidance from experienced colleagues, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive team environment. The position offers a steady platform for building family law experience while delivering thoughtful counsel and strong advocacy to clients navigating sensitive legal matters.Responsibilities:• Advise and represent clients in family law proceedings involving separation, parenting disputes, support matters, post-judgment changes, and enforcement issues.• Prepare a wide range of legal documents, including court filings, case motions, written discovery, negotiated resolutions, and related correspondence.• Appear at hearings, mediation sessions, depositions, and other court-related proceedings to advocate for client interests.• Maintain consistent communication with clients, opposing attorneys, and court staff to keep matters moving efficiently and professionally.• Oversee an active caseload from initial consultation through final outcome while providing responsive and high-quality client service.• Research legal questions, evaluate case developments, and recommend practical strategies based on the facts and applicable law.• Work closely with other attorneys and legal staff to support case preparation, negotiation efforts, and litigation planning.
