ErdmanSummary Of Position:The Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN II will provide direct and individualized nursing care to an assigned group of patients under the direction of a registered nurse of provider. The LPN II will observe, report and record medical information and nursing care provided in the electronic medical record. The LPN II will instruct patients and families according to the teaching plans.
