Branch Manager

Job Description Summary Branch Manager (Profit Center Manager) responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a multi‑million dollar rental center business unit. Key areas include Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics, along with financial and performance goal achievement. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the rental center’s business operations. Build and manage a high‑performance team. Oversee Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics functions. Achieve financial and performance goals and manage the unit’s reporting functions. Education & Experience Business Management degree with at least one year of rental industry experience, or 3–4 years of rental industry experience. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong leadership and communication skills. Understanding of P&L and key financial controls. Experience in outside sales or negotiation. Experience in construction or industrial markets is helpful. High level of accountability, time management, and willingness to learn all business aspects. Physical Demands Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.
