We are seeking an established 360° recruiter in NYC who wants to build a high-billing desk, mentor junior team members, and follow a direct, merit-based track into formal team leadership.

Core Responsibilities

Business Development & Account Acquisition

\n

\n
• Outbound Client Acquisition: Drive targeted B2B business development to win new enterprise accounts, secure hiring requisitions, and negotiate exclusive service agreements.
\n
• Account Expansion: Consult C-suite, VP, and Director-level tech leaders to expand client footprints across both contract and permanent hiring lines.
\n
• Commercial Negotiation: Pitch agency solutions, contract terms, and negotiate premium fee structures.

Candidate Delivery & Market Advisory

\n

\n
• Specialized Sourcing: Execute targeted headhunting strategies to source passive, niche technical professionals across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
\n
• End-to-End Deal Execution: Lead complete hiring lifecycles, from candidate screening and presentation to interview orchestration, offer negotiation, and closing.
\n
• Market Consulting: Leverage market intelligence on tech salary benchmarks and talent supply to position yourself as an indispensable advisor to clients.

Mentorship & Leadership Track

\n

\n
• Benchmark Execution: Set the standard for desk performance, billing consistency, and activity standards across the floor.
\n
• Peer Mentorship: Guide, shadow, and upskill junior recruiters in cold outreach, candidate control, client pitching, and desk management.
\n
• Practice Expansion: Partner with agency leaders on internal hiring, onboarding, and division-scaling plans as you prepare to formally lead your own team.

Who We Are Looking For

• 360° Agency Experience: 3-6+ years running a full desk (recruiting + business development) within third-party tech, IT, SaaS, or specialized agency staffing.
\n
• Proven Billing History: Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding upper-tier personal revenue/billing targets
\n
• Leadership Ambition: Strong drive to mentor junior consultants, share best practices, and transition into a formal management role.
\n
• Commercial Gravitas: Confident negotiating enterprise fees and consulting C-level tech stakeholders.
\n
• Location: NYC metro area with the ability to work onsite out of our Midtown New York office.
