Our Brooklyn kitchen is where it all comes together—we prepare and pack thousands of chocolate gifts throughout the year, work closely as a small team, and yes, we eat a lot of chocolate and sweets along the way.

Position Overview

This position is based in our Brooklyn kitchen near DUMBO and requires weekday and weekend availability during daytime hours. The role is a mix of computer-based work and hands-on fulfillment, including processing orders, printing and organizing shipping materials, and packing mailer boxes for shipment.

This is a structured, process-driven role with strict daily shipping deadlines. Accuracy is essential, as every order must be packed correctly and shipped on time.

Responsibilities

* Process, sort, and print daily orders and shipping materials on the computer

* Review orders for gift messages, address issues, and special requests

* Hand-pack chocolate boxes for daily shipment

* Individually wrap confections in bulk

* Pack mailer boxes and prepare shipments for delivery

* Maintain digital inventory records, supplies, and freezer organization

* Follow all food safety, packaging, and shipping procedures

* Keep the fulfillment workspace clean and organized

* Meet strict daily shipping deadlines while maintaining accuracy

* Use computer systems to process orders and manage fulfillment workflows

* Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing

* Maintain a positive attitude and look for ways to support team members

Physical Requirements

* Able to lift up to 30 pounds

* Comfortable spending much of the day on your feet

Previous fulfillment, warehouse, or food production experience is preferred.
