Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience, with overtime opportunities Project incentives available after training Paid training, state‑of‑the‑art tools, and professional development Paid time off, paid holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance options, 401(k), and company‑paid life insurance Essential Job Functions Make Homeowners Happy Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process Keep the job site clean, organized, and ready for the homeowner Create a remarkable experience from start to finish Ask the homeowner for a 5‑Star Google review upon completion of the work Get Work Done Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed for the job Load and unload trucks with necessary materials, tools, and equipmentPrepare job sites, including concrete grinding, surface preparation, coating, and cleanup Install garage flooring, storage, organization systems, and accessories following core processes Operate hand tools and power tools safely and correctly Maintain a clean truck, tools, and equipment Distribute yard signs and door hangers to neighboring households as directed Safety Ensure all aspects of work are performed safely and consistently Call out safety concerns as soon as they are identified Utilize all designated PPE equipment Complete paperwork accurately and return it to the manager or appropriate team member Team Commitment Show up on time, ready to work, and prepared to support the crew Assist co‑workers as assigned and be willing to help with duties outside normal job responsibilities Stay flexible when job sites, schedules, or project needs change Qualifications / Required Skills Previous construction, flooring, concrete, or trade experience is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic and motivated individuals Strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow directions Ability to work as part of a team, follow supervisors, and eventually lead others Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; must be able to obtain and hold a DOT driver certification if required Must be at least 18 years old.
