Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Setting

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join a dedicated rehabilitation team in a permanent full-time role within a Skilled Nursing Facility in beautiful Pennsburg, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about helping geriatric patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function while working in a supportive interdisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

• Developing individualized treatment plans

• Collaborating with PTs, OTs, nursing staff, and physicians

• Maintaining accurate documentation and patient progress notes

• Educating patients and families on treatment goals and strategies

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania SLP License

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology

• CCC-SLP preferred (CFYs may be considered depending on experience)

• SNF or geriatric experience is a plus
