We are looking for motivated professionals ready to step into a leadership role and take responsibility for managing a crew. The ideal candidate is dependable, results-driven, and committed to mentoring apprentices—helping them grow and develop a strong understanding of the trade while ensuring high-quality work. Qualifications Valid Journeyman Plumber license Drivers license required Proficient in plumbing techniques and the use of hand and power tools Experience in the plumbing trade Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read blueprints and schematics Familiarity with plumbing systems and pipe threading Capable of performing heavy lifting and working on construction sites Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Utilize hand and power tools to execute plumbing tasks efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations. Conduct field service operations, including troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues. Adhere to safety protocols while lifting heavy materials and working on construction sites.
