We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms – and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.
Lead the marketing transition process for new advisors as they onboard with the organization. Launch websites, develop communication plans, and support smooth integration into the marketing ecosystem. Build and manage advisor training programs focused on marketing technology, processes, and available resources. Ensure training materials remain relevant, comprehensive, and up to date while balancing project management, execution, and relationship management.
Transitions Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing support during advisor onboarding and transition. Lead the end-to-end marketing transition process for new advisors, including website launches, communications planning, and onboarding support. Partner with internal design, digital, and content stakeholders to ensure transition deliverables are completed on time and aligned with quality standards. Equip advisors with communications, training, and tools to support adoption of marketing best practices and maximize available resources throughout the onboarding process. Support Brokerage Solution Group transitions from the dealer broker to the organization. Marketing Training: Build, launch, and maintain a marketing training program for new advisors focused on marketing technology, intake processes, and available resources. Deliver training through multiple formats, including webinars, modules, guides, and other resources. Regularly update training content to reflect process improvements, new technologies, and evolving advisor needs. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy and effectiveness. Project Management: Manage marketing transition tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and responsibilities are assigned effectively. Proactively identify risks, changes in project scope, or potential issues and recommend solutions. Document and maintain up-to-date processes for transitions and training programs. Coordinate with internal marketing stakeholders to improve efficiencies and streamline workflows. Collect partner feedback to inform enhancements to transitions and training. Collaborate across departments and agency partners. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required. Minimum of five years of progressive marketing experience required, preferably in a consulting, advisory, or client-facing role. Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels required. Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously required. Experience working collaboratively with creative, digital, analytics, and cross-functional teams required. Working knowledge of marketing performance measurement and ROI assessment using tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required. Excellent communication and presentation skills required. High ownership mindset with comfort leading work end-to-end and managing ambiguity required.

The total rewards expected for this role include: Starting annual base salary between $70,000 - $100,000.
