Role Description The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in Titusville, FL. This position is responsible for receiving incoming parts and materials, verifying quantities and documentation, and accurately logging items into inventory systems. The role includes preparing outgoing shipments, packing and labeling items according to company and regulatory requirements, and organizing pallets and materials for safe transport. The clerk coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely movement of parts, maintains a clean and orderly warehouse area, and assists with cycle counts and inventory reconciliations. Daily activities also involve using material handling equipment, completing shipping paperwork and tracking information, and communicating shipment status and issues to relevant team members. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving for handling incoming and outgoing materials and documentation. Candidates should possess skills in Packing to prepare, label, and secure items for transport in compliance with company and safety standards. Candidates should possess skills in Pallet Jack operation to move, stage, and organize pallets and materials safely. Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control to track stock levels, perform counts, and maintain accurate records. Candidates should possess Communication skills to coordinate with team members, provide shipment updates, and resolve issues clearly and professionally. Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or aviation parts environment is beneficial. Ability to lift and move materials as required, follow safety procedures, and work in a fast-paced setting.
