Campaigns Director

Our firm is growing fast and we need a Campaigns Director who can step in and become a true partner as we expand across California and into Nevada. This role could evolve quickly and has strong potential for advancement.

About the Role

You'll work directly with the President of the firm on a wide range of political and public-sector projects. The pace is quick, the work is meaningful, and no two days look the same. It's mostly full-time with some flexibility built in. You must live in the Los Angeles area and be able to attend meetings throughout Southern California.

What You'll Do

· Help develop and manage social media for multiple campaigns and clients

· Create smart, engaging graphics and content

· Lead or support field programs

· Pitch reporters on news stories and build media contacts

· Keep projects moving, organized and on deadline

· Support strategy, messaging, and day-to-day campaign operations

· Work closely with candidates, advocacy groups, and partner firms

What We're Looking For

· At least one or two cycles of campaign experience

· Strong eye for design and the ability to create solid graphics for social

· Comfortable juggling competing priorities and fast turnarounds

· Strong communicator who works well independently

· Flexible and excited about the work. Sometimes has to play "good cop".
