Location
\nHigh Point, NC | Full-Time, On-Site
\nEnjoy working alongside a supportive team in our office, with limited remote flexibility during illness, hazardous weather, or outside normal business hours.
\n \nNote
\nAn active CPA license and 5+ years of tax-focused experience are required. Candidates with 10+ years of experience are especially encouraged to apply. Staff management experience is a plus.

- Lead tax compliance, preparation, and strategic planning for individual and business clients. \n
- Review complex federal and state tax returns, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance. \n
- Develop proactive tax strategies that help clients minimize liabilities and achieve financial goals. \n
- Guide and mentor tax professionals while overseeing workflow, deadlines, and engagement quality. \n
- Build trusted client relationships and provide expert guidance on complex tax matters. \n
- Collaborate with accounting professionals to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. \n
- Identify process improvements and opportunities to enhance client service. \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required. \n
- 5+ years of progressive, tax-focused experience, preferably in public accounting. \n
- Strong knowledge of individual and business taxation, compliance, and tax planning. \n
- Experience reviewing complex tax returns and working with tax preparation software. \n
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and client relationship skills. \n
- Staff supervision or management experience is a plus. \n
- Advanced tax education or certifications are a plus. \n
