Media Associate

Joining a dynamic paid media team, the full-time Media Associate will support the planning, activation, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, working remotely or in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Support the planning, activation, management, and optimization of paid social and programmatic media campaigns Maintain media plans, trackers, and campaign documentation with accuracy Collaborate with internal teams to ensure media efforts align with overall client objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in paid social, programmatic media, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms and media strategies Exposure to paid social platforms or programmatic buying platforms is a plus
