Quality Control Superintendent (Electrical Construction)

R.W.Warner,IncisseekinganexperiencedQualityControlSuperintendenttojoinourteam.Thispositionwilloverseethequalityassuranceandqualitycontrol(QA/QC)functionsonprojectsforourElectricalDivision(WilliamsElectric)andourConstructionDivision(WarnerConstruction).Theidealcandidatewillhaveastrongbackgroundincommercialand/orindustrialelectricalconstruction,asolidunderstandingofcodesandstandards,andtheabilitytoleadinspectionsanddocumentationtoensureallworkmeetscompanyandclientrequirements. JobDuties/Responsibilities Implementandmaintainproject-specificQualityControlPlansforelectricalinstallations. Inspectandverifyelectricalworktoensurecompliancewithprojectspecifications,drawings,NEC,and applicable codes. Coordinatewithprojectmanagement,engineering,andfieldteamstoidentifyandresolvequality issues. Performanddocumentinspections,testing,andverificationactivities. Facilitateand,insomecases,leadpre-installation meetings and provide training to ensure crews understand quality expectations and procedures. Conductfinalinspectionsandensureproperturnoverdocumentationtotheclient. Maintaineffectivecommunicationwithclients,subcontractors,andinternalteamsregardingquality standards and progress. Qualifications 3-5yearsminimumexperienceinelectricalconstruction,withatleast1yearinaQCrole. Strongorganizationalandcommunicationskills,withanemphasisonattentiontodetail. ProficientinMicrosoftOffice365andconstructionmanagementsoftware(e.g.,Procore,Autodesk). OSHA30,NFPA70E,andUSACECQMCertificationsarepreferredandmayberequiredbasedon project.
