Collaborate Across Teams : Work hand-in-hand with the executive team to shape our company policies and foster alignment on strategic goals. Financial & Performance Management : Optimize Budgets: Manage the annual budget process, financial forecasting, and expenditure control to ensure the company stays on a profitable growth path. Data-Driven Decision Making Establish and monitor performance metrics, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and drive improvements. Increase Profitability : Analyze costs, drive efficiencies, and implement initiatives that enhance profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Inspire Teams : Lead and mentor departmental managers, cultivating a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration. What Were Looking For Proven Leadership : You have a track record of successful operations leadership and know how to drive cross-functional success. Financial Acumen : You're well-versed in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with the analytical skills to maximize profitability. Effective Communicator : You're comfortable engaging with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, building rapport and trust. Technologically Proficient : You're experienced in operations management tools, Microsoft Office, and industry-relevant software. Data-Driven & Detail-Oriented : You have a keen eye for detail, and you're adept at interpreting and utilizing data to make informed decisions. Qualifications Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Masters degree is highly preferred. Experience : At least 10 years in operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. Industry experience in engineering, construction, or a similar field is a plus. Certifications : PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong asset. Knowledge of Compliance : Familiar with operational standards, laws, and regulatory requirements within the industry.
