Franciscan is known for our mission of caring.What You Can Expect:Practice Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pmOn Call RotationConsult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care.Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.Prepare patients for and assist with examinations or treatments.Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.Qualifications:Associate's Degree- Nursing/Patient Care - RequiredBachelor's Degree- Nursing/Patient Care- PreferredRegistered Nurse (RN)- State Licensing Board - RequiredBasic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required1 Year- Nursing/patient care with frail/elderly in an in-patient nursing or home health setting Experience- Required2 Years- Nursing Experience- PreferredTravel is required: Up to 50%Equal Opportunity EmployerIt is the policy of Franciscan Alliance to provide equal employment to its employees and qualified applicants for employment as otherwise required by an applicable local, state or Federal law.
