Household Trash Sorter
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Trash Sorters to join our team. In this role, employees will sort recyclable materials and remove non-recyclable items from conveyor belts in a fast-paced environment. This position requires standing for extended periods and working safely around moving equipment.
Temp to hire opening with a recycling company.

Household Trash Sorter Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 13.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)
- Sort recyclable materials from waste streams
- Remove contaminants and non-recyclable items
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work efficiently to meet production goals
- Assist with general labor duties as needed
Household Trash Sorter Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a warehouse or recycling facility environment
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work in NON CLIMATE CONTROLLED atmosphere
- Able to work around all sorts of unpleasant smells
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
