Base Salary: $622,073 -$750,000.  Unlimited earning potential via RVU-based incentive plan (kicks in year one).  Full medical, dental, and vision insurance.  Paid malpractice with tail.  Multi-Specialty Group Employee .  General ortho call required - weekday hospitalist coverage + 1st call APC system.  Join a team of 10 Orthopedic Surgeons + 15 APCs.  Focused hip & knee arthroplasty with strong institutional support.  Joint Replacement Center based in a dedicated 40-bed hospital.  Main hospital is a 180-bed Level III Trauma Center.  Medical student and resident interaction encouraged.  Instant referrals from 150+ primary care providers.  Located in a vibrant, four-season lakefront village in scenic Central New York.  Top-rated public and private schools + safe, family-friendly environment.  Affiliated with Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons.  Loan Forgiveness available.  Signing Bonus available up to $200,000 .   Residency/Fellowship Stipend available.  Relocation Bonus available.  CME time and money available.  401K.
