Performance Management: Contributed to staff development by conducting performance evaluations and providing input on hiring, training, and professional growth. Patient Care Allocation: Assessed daily patient needs to develop and distribute equitable, population-appropriate care assignments for the nursing team. Quality Assurance: Evaluated the effectiveness of patient care, pro‑actively identifying and resolving systemic issues to optimize clinical outcomes. Conflict Resolution: Managed and resolved patient care complaints efficiently through established institutional channels to maintain high patient satisfaction. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
