High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Authorized to work in the United States. Must pass a drug test and background screening. Requirements Active Tennessee Guard Card required — M1 Global will sponsor qualified candidates through the licensing process if you do not currently have one. Must successfully pass a background check. Must successfully pass an oral swab drug test. Summary We are seeking reliable and flexible Security Officers for 1st , 2nd, and 3rd shifts . Candidates must have availability to work both weekdays and weekends . We are hiring for part-time positions . Officers may also be required to provide shift coverage when other guards are on vacation, call out, or are otherwise unavailable . The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and willing to assist with staffing needs as they arise.
