Senior Prevention Specialist, HIV Prevention-- Virginia North

Gilead Sciences seeks a Senior Prevention Specialist for HIV Prevention to drive sales and account management in the Virginia North territory. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, executing territory business plans, and promoting appropriate product use while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers through in-person meetings and strategic partnerships
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans to meet sales goals and customer needs
- Deliver disease awareness information, clinical updates, and healthcare education to healthcare professionals
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues including reimbursement managers and medical scientists to support product access and operations
- Monitor sales progress, adjust strategies as needed, and perform administrative reporting in designated systems
Requirements
- Proven sales success in Buy and Bill pharmaceutical products
- Advanced communication skills translating complex clinical information for diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of HIV therapeutics, competitive landscape, and disease state
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities with healthcare professionals
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of PhRMA, OIG, and FDA compliance guidelines for product promotion
