Aceptamos candidatos ESL (Inglés como segundo idioma)

• Completar tareas relacionadas con la producción de paneles prefabricados de concreto
• Participar en procesos de formado, vertido, acabado y desmolde
• Seguir el plan de producción diario comunicado por el líder de equipo
• Construir moldes de madera
• Limpiar y mantener las camas de producción
• Colocar materiales en el área de producción
• Reparar y dar acabados a los paneles según sea necesario

• Capacidad para leer instrucciones de trabajo
• Habilidad para medir con precisión usando cinta métrica
• Capacidad para seguir bocetos e instrucciones verbales
• Conocimientos básicos de matemáticas
• Capacidad de levantar hasta 50 libras ocasionalmente
• Debe poder permanecer de pie por largos períodos
• Capacidad de agacharse, gatear y arrodillarse para completar tareas

• Trabajo tanto en interiores como en exteriores (mayormente al aire libre)
• No es un ambiente climatizado
• Puede haber altos niveles de ruido, polvo y suciedad
• Trabajo activo y físico

$20.00 por hora

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlestown, IN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
