Senior Quality Systems Specialist

Providing end-to-end quality management support, the full-time Senior Quality Systems Specialist will lead the introduction and maturation of quality management systems, conduct audits, and develop metrics to enhance process health while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Leads the introduction and maturation of quality management systems and oversees their certification processes Conducts audits to ensure conformance with standards and represents internal customers during external audits Develops and provides education on quality management principles and metrics to support decision-making Required qualifications: 6+ years of experience implementing and/or maintaining a quality management system 3+ years of experience utilizing process improvement and problem-solving methodologies Experience applying metrics to measure performance and ensure high-quality delivery
