Sr. Specialist, US HIV Payer Marketing

Merck seeks a Senior Specialist for US HIV Payer Marketing to develop promotional materials and communications supporting payer segment strategies. Responsibilities

• Develop marketing promotion and communications materials aligned with brand strategy and regulatory requirements
• Create payer-focused pull-through materials and solutions for field sales teams
• Partner with brand teams and agencies to ensure offerings meet customer and product objectives
• Lead promotion review activities including prioritization meetings and material approvals
• Manage payer budgets and agency partners for assigned brands

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional teamwork capabilities
• Strength managing multiple complex and competing priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication with strategic articulation skills
• Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and tactical resource development
• Ability to influence without direct authority across teams
• Three years of professional work experience preferred

Compensation: $117,000.00 - $184,200.00
