Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a critical impact on patient care.

Schedule

This position involves night shifts, requiring three consecutive nights of work; however, the specific nights may vary.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and perform procedures as required.
Collaborate with the medical team to ensure effective patient outcomes.
Monitor and document patient conditions and progress accurately.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.

Qualifications

Must possess a current and active Registered Nurse license.
Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications are required.
Experience in an emergency setting is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
