Fulfillment & Client Experience Operations Intern (Showroom) Company: Stivali New York Department: Sales & Showroom Operations Location: Dallas, TX (In-Person) Monthly Stipend: $450 | Part-Time (2 Weekdays, 1 Weekend Day) Position Overview Stivali New York is seeking a Fulfillment & Client Experience Operations Intern to join our Dallas showroom. This hands‑on internship is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, extremely outgoing, and passionate about fashion, luxury retail, and delivering exceptional customer experiences . This role combines order fulfillment, inventory management, showroom operations, and luxury client service . The intern will play an essential role in ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes while creating memorable experiences for every client who visits our showroom. We're looking for someone with a naturally positive personality who loves meeting new people, is confident starting conversations, and enjoys building genuine relationships with clients. Core Responsibilities Fulfillment & Inventory Operations Conduct weekly physical inventory counts and assist with Shopify inventory reconciliation. Identify and report discrepancies between physical and digital inventory. Maintain an organized stockroom by: Labeling boxes correctly. Organizing inventory by style, size, and color. Applying color tags and identifiers. Protecting products and properly managing damaged boxes. Ensure inventory is stored, tracked, and maintained accurately at all times. Prepare and pack showroom and e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently. Support shipping processes and ensure orders are fulfilled on time. Process returns by inspecting merchandise, restocking inventory, and updating Shopify records. Showroom Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom and stockroom. Continuously improve inventory organization and operational efficiency. Support the daily operations of the showroom. Client Experience & Sales Support Welcome every client with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience from arrival to checkout. Assist customers with product selection, sizing guidance, and styling recommendations. Proactively engage with clients, build meaningful relationships, and identify opportunities to support sales. Confidently share the Stivali New York story, craftsmanship, and product knowledge. Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and genuine care during every client interaction. What We're Looking For Must be studying Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a closely related field. Undergraduate or graduate student preferred. An extremely outgoing, energetic, and friendly personality who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and creating memorable customer experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable with hands‑on operational tasks. Proactive, reliable, positive, and eager to learn.
