United States of America, Arizona, PhoenixR5027540United States of AmericaCustomer SupportJob descriptionThe primary function of the Regional Clinical Training Specialist is to provide hands-on and/or remote post-sale product training on digital imaging products to customers in a clinical setting. Additional training opportunities will include imaging software and related technology. The Regional Clinical Training Specialist will also serve as a source for training escalations within the territory. This position will also partner with both internal and external teams in assisting the customer regarding their clinical needs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Conduct end-user training on supported intraoral imaging products.Reporting and maintaining documentation on completed trainings.Responsible for review and follow-up on completed surveys within their territory, to ensure clinical training meets stakeholder needs.Initial point of escalation and investigation in relation to clinical training within their territoryProvide support to the Clinical Program Managers and Product Management in testing and implementing new products in their territory.Conduct billable clinical training sessions while actively building and maintaining a pipeline of future training opportunities through customer outreach, needs analysis, and relationship management.Attend tradeshow and educational events in their territory for clinical representation and assistance.Obtain certification on supported products and recertification as necessary.Manage priorities and timelines well and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal face-to-face, phone, and email skills and a strong customer focusThis position may at times require working non-standard hours and could include travel that occurs on weekends when necessary.Frequently interacts with all functional departments.Frequently interacts with customer and key experts.Travel up to 75% as dictated by business needs.Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.TERRITORY:The ideal candidate should live in the Greater Phoenix, AZ area.The territory will include: Arizona, Las Vegas, New Mexico, and West TexasJob requirementsREQUIREMENTSAssociate degree or equivalent certifications and/or licenses5 years of hands-on clinical dental experience with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing positionRadiation Safety Certification required.Proven experience utilizing dental imaging equipment including digital intraoral scanner (IOS)Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record as the position entails extensive use of a personal car while on company business (Car allowance and mileage reimbursement will be provided)Proven ability to work remotely and independently. Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute are key success factors in this position. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience2 years of training experience within a clinical settingExperience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to work independently.Advanced knowledge of radiology a plusExperience with Microsoft DynamicsAdvanced Microsoft Office proficiency#LI-RJ1#LI-RemoteIND123Target Market Salary Range:Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
