Position Details:

• Well established, growing practice
• Monday‑Friday weekly schedule with optional 4‑ or 5‑day work week

Position Requirements:

• Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
• Board Certified or Board Eligible through ABFM or ABIM
• H‑1B sponsorship available (listed above) – retained for consistency

Compensation Package Details:

• Pay range: $320,106–$390,656
• Sign‑on bonus
• Relocation funds

• CME funds and day per year
• Annual quality bonus eligibility

Qualifications:

• Education – Clinical doctorate required
• Experience – Competence in delivering healthcare services for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients required
• Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations – Licensed physician in Illinois required; Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable
• Must have successfully completed, or be in the process of completing, an accredited residency program
• Must be board certified or board eligible
