Licensed Practical Nurse - AL

Part-Time | Licensed Practical Nurse Shift: 6:00am-6:30pm | 72 hours per two-week pay period. This position includes working every other weekend and every other holiday. Pay: $28-34/hour *Same Day Pay Available* The Difference You'll Make Step into a dynamic roll as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to residents in our Assisted Living. In this position, you'll combine strong clinical judgment with genuine compassion-administering medications, delivering treatments, and proactively monitoring resident health to ensure the best outcomes. This role is perfect for an LPN who values meaningful connections, takes pride in high-quality care, and enjoys making a visible difference each day. Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders. Safely administer medications and treatments while monitoring resident response and effectiveness. Complete accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record systems Assess and communicate changes in resident condition to the Nurse Manager, providers, and family members, and assist with appropriate follow-up care. Coordinate, oversee, and provide guidance to Non-Certified Nurse Aides and Medication Technicians. Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations. Promote a respectful, compassionate, and person-centered care environment. Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and strong customer service in daily practice.
